Despite his picture, to my knowledge, Walt Rollenhagen has never spent any time in federal prison. He is, however, currently serving a long and painful sentence as Equipment Manager of the VSU Mass Media Department., and beginning in Game Eight, he added hard time in the ATF to his rap sheet. His parole came up after Game Ten, however, and declining the Verification Quiz, he opted out of the ATF.

Walt lived up to the Czar's expectations in Game Eight, edging out Mike for the Ritahd Division title and springing all the way up into Norris.
